Our power supplies
include one or two transformers pre-packaged in
a metal enclosure and intended for mounting in
the enclosure of the users choice. The transformers

PC Energy is
a "PC" based energy management system
for hotels, motels, schools, churches and commercial
buildings. The system consists of an IBM compatible
computer, PC Energy software, and Functional Devices,
Inc. Power Line Carrier (PLC) hardware. Functional
Devices, Inc. PLC components virtually eliminate
the need for "hard wiring". Because
the installation of the PLC devices does not involve
the running of wires from the controller to the
loads, the installation cost of the system does
not depend on the length of wire runs, the restrictions
of concrete walls and floors or the hazards of
asbestos removal.

The BLASTER®
system consists of compact 85 decibel horns which
are simply plugged into one or more ac outlets
in each family living unit. A transmitter is connected
to the main fire alarm system. In case of a fire,
the BLASTER® system is activated by the existing
bell network and a signal is sent out to sound
the horns in each family living unit. Communications
from the Transmitter to all of the BLASTER horns
is done over the building ac wiring. This wireless
technology is called Power Line Carrier and it
eliminates expensive and unsightly conduit and
wire runs.

Most ceiling
fans are installed at locations where only lights
existed before. Consequently, there is only one
wall switch and one 120 Vac line available to
power your fan and light. To turn your fan and
light on independendently you have to use those
cumbersome pull chains or add another wall switch
for the fan and run a new wire between that switch
and the fan. The Fan / Light Controller gives
you independent control of the fan and the light
by using your existing light switch in a simple
"off" and "on" 3 - step sequence.
