  • When linking two RIBWxxxx-EN3 that have difference firmware Version numbers (found below RIB logo on product label), the RIB with the higher Version number must be placed in Learn Mode for Uni- or Bidirectional link procedures (See Bulletin B1867 for specific link procedures).

FN and CN Contactors

All contactor models with part numbers beginning FN or CN are discontinued as of 8/28/13.


All (-MNO) and (-MNC) Models

Relays with momentary override switches will no longer be available as of August 6, 2013 due to supplier issues. These models are designated with “-MNO” and “-MNC” suffixes. Functional Devices will continue to offer the units with three-position maintained override switches.

BACnet MS/TP RIBs

  • All BACnet MS/TP RIBs with firmware revision 1.03 and above have been upgraded to meet requirements of only transmitting.
  • I-AM messages at power-up and on request.
  • Previous firmware revisions transmitted I-AM every 60 seconds, causing increased network traffic.

RIBMNLB & RIBLB

  • Allow any of the four alarm inputs to latch alarm state via DIP switch.
  • Allow fan status input to control master output via jumper.
  • Added 10A, 277 Vac dry contact output on master relay.
  • User selectable N/O or N/C contact inputs.
  • Decreased input contact requirement.
