Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Functional Devices would like to update you on our response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken great consideration as we evaluated how to keep our employees safe and healthy while continuing to support your business during this time.

Under guidelines in the Indiana Governor’s Executive Order issued on March 23, Functional Devices, Inc. is considered an Essential Business as we supply products for healthcare, technology, agriculture, energy, construction, communications, HVAC systems, and other Essential Businesses and Operations.

As such, our facility will remain open for operations.

  • Products will continue being manufactured at our facility in central Indiana.

  • Products will continue being shipped Monday through Friday until 5:00 pm EDT.
  • Sales & Tech Support will remain available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EDT.
  • Account managers will remain available by phone and email as sales travel has been postponed.
  • Customers should send orders via email to: sales@functionaldevices.com as we do not have the capability to receive faxes at this time.
We will continue to follow all CDC and other government guidelines regarding COVID-19 to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and update you on any further changes to this notice. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
